𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞: Registered Nurse
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Lebanon & York, PA
𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: 6-12 Week Contract
𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞: Morning/Evening Shift
🟢 Pay rate is as per industry standards

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

▪️ Conduct thorough patient assessments and synthesize data to identify care needs.
▪️ Develop and implement personalized care plans with measurable goals.
▪️ Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
▪️ Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs while ensuring compliance with standards of practice.
▪️ Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and discharge coordination.
▪️ Maintain accurate documentation using Point Click Care (PCC).
▪️ Promote a safe and respectful work environment for staff and patients.
▪️ Stay compliant with HIPAA, state regulations, and company policies.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

▪️ Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
▪️ Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
▪️ Preferred experience in rehabilitative or geriatric care.
▪️ Current BLS/CPR certification.
▪️ Strong communication and organizational skills.
▪️ Ability to adapt to changing needs and work collaboratively in a team setting.
